Urban variation
A city's history is marked by decisions of groups or powerful individuals, often formed by natural disasters, accidents or wars. Above all, it is colored by the culture of the citizens. The idea that is presented in this chapter of Stadtkreation is to stimulate a reflection on certain alternative current states of a city: What if the responsibles had taken another decision 10, 20, 30 or more years ago? What if they will take another decision tomorrow? What would it look like if certain circumstances had been different in the past or would be different in the future?
